By accessing the Tekkabuzz (tekkabuzz.wine) website or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form part of a binding legal agreement.

Tekkabuzz is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy together form our complete user agreement.

These terms apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. Tekkabuzz reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated to your registered email address.

The following rules must be strictly followed when using your Tekkabuzz account:

• One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Password Security: Never share your password with anyone. Tekkabuzz is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account if your password is disclosed through your own negligence.
• Account Transfer: Accounts, balances, or bonuses may not be sold or transferred to another person.
• Updating Your Information: If your personal details change — especially your phone number or email — update them immediately in your account settings.
• Inactive Accounts: If there is no account activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be declared inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Tekkabuzz:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT). Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT). The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Mobile banking transfers typically take 5–15 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC required: Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. A copy of your NID or passport must be submitted.
• Transaction Fees: Tekkabuzz does not charge any deposit fees. However, the payment gateway may apply its own charges.

To prevent money laundering, Tekkabuzz follows international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. Additional verification may be required for large transactions.

Tekkabuzz regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 30x wagering requirement applies.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus a specified number of times. The wagering requirement may vary for each bonus.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Bonus usage limits: The maximum bet amount using bonus balance may be limited (generally ৳500 or 10% of the bonus, whichever is lower).
• Right to Cancel Bonuses: Tekkabuzz reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse or a breach of terms.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on Tekkabuzz:

• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review your bet slip carefully before submitting.
• Match Cancellation Policy: If a match is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. For parlay bets, the remaining selections will stand with the cancelled match removed.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be reported to support within 48 hours. Tekkabuzz's decision will be considered final.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Tekkabuzz reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Casino Games: All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by anyone.
• Technical Issues: If a game is interrupted due to disconnection or other technical issues, the outcome will be determined based on the data saved on our servers.

Tekkabuzz is fully committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to play for entertainment, not out of compulsion:

• Deposit limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a limit on your continuous play time. You will receive an automatic alert once that limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: You can voluntarily suspend your account for anywhere between 1 day and 5 years. During this period, login will be completely disabled.
• Reality Check: A summary of your wins, losses, and spending will be shown at regular intervals.

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture:

• Fraud, deception, or providing false information.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Money laundering or introducing illegally obtained funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Match fixing or unlawfully influencing the outcome of a sporting event.
• Hacking or cyberattacks targeting Tekkabuzz servers or systems.

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before doing so. Tekkabuzz may also close an account for the following reasons:

• If you violate the terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If a security risk is detected.

Tekkabuzz reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Notifications will be sent to your registered email address.
• The update date will be noted on this page of the website.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
